HORRIBLE SERVICE

I went to labour to submit my papers on the 31st of August for Maternity benefits and was told to wait 5 weeks and will be contacted to bring the child certificate and be paid my money. Even today nothing. I am so ****ed to the core because this money is rightfully mine. Am not borrowing it. Am so broke and it's been 2 months of no pay, now October will be the 3rd and still no money. Am even going back end of the month. I want my money and am not at all happy about the service I am getting because every time I call, they are still waiting on the assessor . How long can it really take to approve my papers? I am an angry citizen. Disappointed also!<br> Where are we supposed to get help if the government that we vote for doesn't even care about us!
