Horrible Service

I claimed for my unpaid maternity leave on the 25th of March. Everytime I call there is a form missing, I re-sent all the forms they requested more than 20times. I went to their offices in Malboro and on 3 occassions they were offline. When I eventually manage to get through, they request the child's birth certificate which they never requested before, saying they might not even pay because the child is over 6 months. I app**** way before he turned 6months. They could not process my application because their system went offline again.
