Horrible horrible labour dept service

I submitted my maternity documents on 2 February 2015 and was assisted by Oupa at the Roodepoort labour offices.Oupa told me to come back on the 9th March to sign but when I went on the 9th a gentleman by the name of Thapelo told me that my ui19 was not captured by Oupa and he would scan it by COB and i should call back on the 12 ot 13 March but when I call there was no answer so I went back on the 14th of March and was assisted by a rude Onica who told me if I don't recieve payment by the 14th of April then I need to come back.today is the 10th of April and when I called the labour dept. call centre I was told that my ui19 was only captured on the 9th of April and I shou call the Roodepoort offices for more info.i called and Lebo answered the phone and told me very rudely that she doesn't know why it was captured only on the 9th and she hung up.<br> I've been on maternity leave and receiving only 50% of my salary from February .im very annoyed at the service that I ha recieve from the labour dept. and I find the manner in which people and their documents to be disgusting..I'm expected To go to Roodepoort offices again,stand in a very long queue only to NOT be assisted...
