HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Been waiting for my UIF Marernity Paynents since last year. My daughter is 1 year and 5 months old already. Payment wasn't made because my account number was incorrect so, then went back to give my banking details form again and was turned away from standing from 6am I the line because they were done working for the day.... then going back again and was told the payment will be in my account in 2 weeks. It's been 4 weeks and no payment and their phone lines is just ringing but when I was there they whole day on the office phone having personal conversations. I'm furious at this system because I pay UIf, they not giving me free money.
