Highly disappointed

Highly disappointed and emotionally drained it’s been almost 2 full years I’ve been up and down department of labour with no update . I’ve been a pending case with no feedback it has mentally drained me and financially drained me as an unemployed citizen I’m struggling. Yesterday marked the 20+ time I’ve went to department of labour and I’ve ran out of energy. I need urgent assistance
