Help regarding UIF claim

I have been trying to claim UIF, but because two companies where I worked did not submit my UI19 form I cannot claim anything (HUH).<br> <br> I have tried for more than a month to contact these companies. Their numbers are just ringing or is not in existence anymore. When I told the customer care consultant that I cannot find them and that they do not exist anymore he told me that I should not lie. Nobody tells me that!!!<br> <br> I need urgent help since I get nowhere!!!!
