Have not received claim

I was retrenched on the 31st May 2014 and submitted my claims online on the 24th October 2014. I enquired in December about the status of the claim and I was informed that it was declined due to submitting after 6months. I submitted in less than 6months. I was advised to file a notice of appeal and I did. Again I kept on phoning to check the status up until I was told the appeal was approved. Today I was told to resubmit my claim. How is it possible that someone made an error in saying I submitted the claim after 6months becomes my problem? I dont even have a place to stay anymore due to unemployment. Why did I pay uif when I cannot get assistance? Am I missing something here? Can someone please explain. Ive been begging for assistance and no response. One of the employees that assisted me even said the work seeker's form is just a formality. So why was I put under that too? That work seeker's form gave me hope of employment. How can I get my claims paid? Someone please give me direction
