Hate this service

I am not happy about this service, I app**** to UIF and my Mother adwe got SMS to say it would be paid out by 35 days it been more than 45 days and yet we still wiating as we have family we have to provide for and yet nothing is happening the contact center doesn't help it rings but nobody speak or call drops without even ringing we email and also no respond we understand we facing a pendemica ND this was ask for but help us also as residents we can't be living on asking others for help always we have moment that we can get as what we worked for please help
