Hate paying claims

This department is the worst departments within the South African Government, they deduct religiously from our salaries but cannot pay out when the time comes and they make you jump through hoops to get a claim paid. My daughter will be 5 months already plus back at work already and still the UIF for maternity has not paid out and we submitted all they require now they want me to contact Ex employers for only God knows what.
