Government Facility- UIF and Department of labour

This has been the worst experience. Months have past since I've app**** for maternity benefit till to-date I haven't received any assistance with the claim or payments. Every single time I called their call centre there's always a new requirement , it's as if they delay the claim so that it can be forfeited or disapproved when I've sent all the required documents and now they are escalating the matter for a whole 2 months . I have been paying my PAYE religiously every single month and now just to get a claim takes forever. My baby is almost 3 months now,my maternity leave is almost over and they still haven't said or paid anything. A person has to struggle to get nappies and things for the baby because they just don't want with my money that I've worked had for and paid to them as required.
