This Dep does not work. Nationally no tel calls answered. Online apps working but can never assist if u app**** at a labour centre. Seem like the Dep use different systems for 1 purpose. With this said the frustrations we as South Africans endure at the hand of our Gov Departments is unbearable. Imagine you have to go in person to the labour centre again..Taxi fare which you already dont have. Then you must again go stand in metre long lines. Enduring heat or however the weather is that day. More frustration.Sad part is that one witness the unproduvtivity as you stand there. Normally out of the whole workforce you .might find 1 or 2 people having to serve everyone.. We need a Government that cares for its people. Get 1 simple system.to work for all.of SA. Stop trying to complicate things to the extent where you yourself dont understand it, because Dep concentrate more in getting anti *******ion systems against themselves,That causes innocent people is suffering at. We worked and contributed to UIF, so please dont treat us like loafers. Its our money. Minister of Labour, pleass sort your Dep out.
