I was placed on pension in February 2023. I went to the Alberton office on the 08/03/2023. after 4 tries i was registered on the website, however i am still trying or my second payment from them. i have so many ref numbers and query numbers. i received my first payment in May2023 and now having he second bang with the UIF. no help just wait. nobody at the call center can assist they refer you to do a new application or go to the office again. you go there at 4 am and walk out of there 3 in the afternoon and then you just wait. i am 62 guys and it is cold is there no way this processes can be made more uncomplicated. I have a big family that depends on me. So all my stuff are on hold till i get paid my UIF. I paid in to UIF from that i was 19 years, and then i must struggle to get some assistance
