Goverment stilling my money .

<p>In December 2016 I registered myself at UIF offices in Rustenburg North West .<br />My first payment was booked for 24/01/2017 , unfortunately unsuccessful ( documentation not done).<br />Second attend 07/03/2017 , according to the UIF employee February is short month ( so I do not need to eat-this is my conclusion ) again unsuccessful .<br />Third attend 04/04/2017 ...........,before this date I wrote same emails to the Department of Labour <br />and expressed my disappointment and after some time I was assured that all documentation is completed , so I went very happy to UIF offices in Rustenburg (open till 16H00 ) before 12PM and I was informed by lady name Lerato ( she is in charge ) that because she is short of staff , the line is closed (in my opinion about 40 persons ). Each time I was there the service was no longer then 3 minutes ,except 2 hours of waiting in the que <br />On previous visit I spoke with one of the ladies working there and she told me that there is a lot of people waiting even longer than me . This is unacceptable.<br />Now I can not go tomorrow or on another day , what I must do now??<br />All together service at Rustenburg UIF office needs big improvement, the attitude of some employees ,including security people , is very poor .It looks to me as the employees of UIF offices think that they are giving us favour..<br />I was working for that money for 35 years and other people even longer</p> <p>On the 05/04/2017 I received SMS "Request for payment received . Finalization of payment is 7-10 days . Case No. ********** 3287. till today I did not received any payments .Today 25/04/2017 and still no payment .Writing to top officials does not bring any effect , the attitude “who cares”is stronger than obligation to do the job .</p>
