Got one payment waiting for the rest

I have been waiting months for my maternity, I got my first payment a month after I returned to work, they keep saying documents are short, but every time I take my forms in they are offline and I get told to leave my documents with Ansley, who says I must contact him in a week, but when I finally am able to get hold of him, he says \oh no
