Goodwood UIF department Lazy af

The uif department in goodwood-northern suburbs is up to no good. i submitted on the 5th of october and was told i would get feedback in the next 4 to 8 weeks. its now been 2 months almost and still no feedback. are they lazy to do there work or do they need other people to do there work for them. people who worked for the same company as myself app**** after me and they have already received there payouts. can the uif department really be that lazy or are they just slow. i will keep placing this complaint till someone actually does something about it.
