Goodwood Labour Department Bad/atrocious service

This office has the worst service. I went there to submit my UIF claim for maternity. I was given forms to have completed which I return the same day.After coming back to their office with my completed forms they tell me to go back and rejoin the long que,mind you I'm 9 months pregnant with my due date arround the corner. There were other pregnant women and mothers with small babies that they turned away as well. My question is why do they give us forms to complete and when you back with forms on same day you told go to the back of the que yet you still are heavily pregnant or carrying a new born. This is unacceptable, bad service and inhumane .The center closes during loadshedding then you stand and wait till they open after 2hours then be told to go to the back of the que or come back tomorrow. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that they are not available. They lady that refused to assist us is called Kelly, I unfortunately did not get her last name. Truly this is the worst service I have ever experienced!
