Good customer services but I'm still waiting for the assessor to assess my documents

Can someone assist [Ticket ID: 911620] I have Retired at work I have claim the uif in June even today I haven't received my claim I can't even claim my SASA Grand , all my police have lapse.i don't know should what will happen should Unthinkable things happen. All do call the call centre once in week I received different responses from from different agents. Some are saying that they are still waiting for the assessor to assess the documents. Can someone please check for me what is happening with my claim
