Going the Extra mile and proffesionalism

I app**** for unemployment benefit in August last year using uFiling and i was declined reason Siyaya,I then decided to go to the Maponya Mall branch and do a manual application thinking maybe this will help, I was in for a nightmare as i kept being postponed month after month and being informed They are still working on my application its like the consultants there blame someone and they do not work for the labour department as they keep on pointing fingers at this invisible being or system. I then went to the Braamfontein branch and met Nomalin who listened to me also took ownership even the way he walked and spoke to me you could see he wanted to help,after 3 days my money was paid he also informed me if nothing happened i must come back to him. A big thank you to you Nomalin i realy feel the labour department needs more people with your attitude.
