Giyani department of labour they don't have customer service

Hello, I was at department of labour in Giyani. 6:00am I was there, the was only one person who was assisting us. I told them I want to open a case for the companies that registered me unaware.they told me that they can't help me I have to wait for Mr Baloyi to come back.the lady was rude she told me to go home because she don't know how to solve my problem.her name is Makhubele T.the only person who is doing his job is Mr Baloyi.if Mr Baloyi is not around there's no progress in Giyani department of labour. this has to stop department of labour need to train and workshop their staff.
