Am a mother of 5 kids my twins is 14 months no food,nappies about to loose my place where am renting ...I apply in Feb of 2023 so I recieved 1 payment then I was lucky to get a new job and resume working from April to August 2023 my contract ended on 1st Sep ...I then logged in to u ufilling where I was advice to submit continue for payment so it was send to paymaster on 22nd November only to find out today I must reply ...how is it possible for the call agent not to inform customers about any problems with application while on call since last week am calling it's always WAITING PERIOD IS 7 TO 15DAYS..sms recieved 8 working days now it's re apply am really defastated cause it's Christmas and they F.....customers around....ferrol Joline Siebritz case Id C ***
