Furious!!!

I have been emailing and calling, wasting airtime with no answer from these people. I have app**** and submitted my maternity documents a month ago and no feedback has been given. I received a ams saying 20days, yet it has been far longer. I am furious and fed up with these people seriously. The incompetence is just way to much. Just fo yours jobs and provide me feedback, I mean it can't be that difficult.
