Frustration With UIF Account Unlocking and Call Centre Support

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the ongoing difficulties I have experienced while trying to unlock my UIF online account. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue through the online system, I have not been successful.

I then contacted the UIF call centre hoping for assistance, but unfortunately the support provided was not helpful and did not lead to any resolution. I was left without clear guidance or a solution, which has been both exhausting and discouraging.

I rely on my UIF benefits, and this lack of effective support has caused unnecessary stress. I kindly request urgent assistance in resolving this matter so that I can access my account without further delays.
