Frustrated

Hallo peter, im so frustrated with department of labour vanderbijlpark, i have app**** for my unemployment funds 20th october on uffiling system with no feed back from them, then i tried and app**** again on the 1st of desember...the 4th i went to the department to submit my forms from which i had to drive up and down 4 times for 4 days standing in that qeuee the whole day everyday, because then they are offline or something else is going on... the 4th time i got helped, the guy who helped me said that he could see i have app**** in october and it was allready approved, so he scaned my paperwork on to the uffiling system and still till this day i have not had any feedback regarding my application, i have been emailing every single email address i could find for uif...even the head office to complain, we have tried phoning department of labour vanderbijlpark with no luck, the phones are just ringing everyday, if you go back to stand in that qeuee from early morning they are either offline or they cut the line or they are extreamly rude and swearing you, they do not try to help you they will leave you to stand there, all i want is feefback on my application to know when i must go and sign for my money....

Im really angry i neef that money for school fees.
