Frustrated and *********** staff

I have been receiving Uif for four months. I've been applying online and when reapplying now three weeks ago I am still waiting on a reply. Usually when I resubmit my claim I wait about three days and the monies in my account. Now it's three weeks and after numerous calls which I wait an hour to get answered and numerous emails I am still waiting on a reply. If my funds are up then let me know but surely I can't claim for four months only? If Staff is the issue we are plenty unemployed and willing to work but you cannot leave someone hanging when they depend on that money to survive.
