Frustrated and annoyed at this POOR service

I am extremely upset with the service I have been receiving! this is ridiculous! I am a new mom and have been unemployed during my maternity leave due to being PREGNANT! I followed all the correct steps filling in forms and submitting the correct documents yet I am still waiting for my UIF payout for that leave. I had to take out personal loans to supplement the loss of income. WHY IS IT SO HARD!!!!!! I am not the first person to give birth in this country. I have called countless times on a weekly basis, first I was told that all my documents have been received and I need to wait 7 days for the payout. It has been 5 months and still nothing. I then heard that my medical certificate needs to be resubmitted - I did this yet still no headway. I am just frustrated because it seems as though no one knows what is happening with my profile I completed this form on the U-filling site was I wrong to do that? I need answers I am at my wits end with this whole story I am deep in debt, with a new baby and no one cares. I have no idea who to contact to take this further as it needs to be resolved. Do you guys want to keep my money? Is that why this is taking so long!!!!!!!!!
