Frustated Irate Client

Good day...please assist the Labour department be messing up on our applications, my husband handed over his UIF application in August 2023 and everytime we call they would say its still under review, lately he called in and they said it was cancelled...by who? we dont know. Today I called them to check on my application which was submitted in November 2023 and they saying they are escalating the issue...can someone please intervene I feel like government workers are just there to push time instead of working, it is so frustrating to wait upon something that you know you did right...and worse part of it all is unemployment it is rather not good not to have positive feedback...it is really frustrating. Today one of the agents said she cant help me, I mean really? I had to call in again to talk to Nthabiseng whom tried by all means to assist only with limited knowledge as well.
