For 8 full months since i app**** for UIF.

I have app**** for UIF 6 september 2023, till today i am busy up and down to the department and calling they asked me documents after documents , today i just learbed tge claim was rejected . I asked for a reason guess what no one knows ,they will investigate . After all this months coming here to enquire . I am so drained . Im pregnant i must stand hours in the uif que to enquire only to be told your money will be available after 10 business days you wait nothing .

Only i have been sending them emails of the documents they need and they make empty promises .

I need help this is out of hand . The call center is a nightmare they dont have answers for anything .
