FINALIZED CLAIM!

My name is Amanda Sekile, I submitted my uif claim in January in Labour Department Maclear branch it was approved I received my first salary on March, signed again for the following month but never received the payment go the department to check they told me to wait, May I went again again to check as I was supposed to sign again for May they told me I must wait for the second payment and I can't sign for May if I haven't received it yet but finally I received it on June, I went to sign again for July but I never received the money I went again to sign for August but still never received the money when I go to the department they told me to wait maybe it will eventually reflect on my account until recently when I went to ask again about my money they told me the claim was closed, its "finalized" with their term but how becouse I'm waiting for my money the next thing I'm told it's closed, I did it again on 27/09/2023 applying it to be re-opened but when I went there again today I was told that my application to re-open it was never sent to their head office in East London by the person who was helping me that time. I'm so hurt because I've been waiting for too long&i do go the the department for the feedback but I'm always told that the claim is still closed😭😭
