Finalized claim

I wrote a review about Labour department for my uif that they closed while still signing on 9 October 2022 but I never received any feedback on labour about my review, it's labour department Maclear branch when I go there to do the follow up they tell me that it's paymaster it's been 3 months now doing this claim will no luck or help my money is stuck there I don't know why
