File a UIF claim - they can NEVER find the forms

I filed a UIF claim on 09 June 2015. Since then I heard nothing from them. I waited about a month then I phoned. Oh no they never received the UI-19 form from my employer.<br> <br> I personally get the form then send it through. Weeks later they still have not 'received it'. The agents at the call centre is rude and unhelpful. Who can I contact is there nobody who really works at the Department of Labour??<br> <br> Do they not realise that these people filing claims is without jobs, income, food? Do you have no humanity???
