Most useless place i have ever come across, i am waiting 4 months for my claim the worst part of all is the attitude i received from the Boksburg branch, first of all someone there is not doing their job because they over paid me on my maternity leave and then they turn around and make it my problem and say its my fault when all documents stated the start and end date. shortly after that i got retrenched and app**** for the unemployed benefit now evry person working there is giving me a different story always cases being open to a point where a lady in boksburg told me she cant tell me what's wrong or why there was a case open but she was told to tell me to be patient there is nothing they can do. i cant believe how *********** people working in this department can be. 4 months later and i still not have received any feedback not a single word or even payment. I am at home no job how am I supposed to take care of 2 kids???
