Fed up with service from department of labour

I have submitted my uif application in the beginning of August 2020 and it is now 6 October 2020.

I have submitted all documents required of me even the documents from the bank and the only thing I recieved is an sms that says i will be contacted in 35 days. It has been more than 35 days and I have not even recieved a single sms to say I must come sign to get my payments.

To make matters worse is that whichever number you try and contact the uif department does not go through.

I am pregnant and I cannot stand in a line at the uif offices all the time.
