Fed up unemployed person. Pay me my money

I am so angry and disappointed with how the consultant are handling my queries. This contact centre shouldn't exist at all, it's a waste of tax payers contribute. The consultants there cannot even assist with one query, instead they will always say they will escalate and ofcause you never get a response. I'm simply fed up with their service. Yet, here we're unemployed while there are people with zero passion and no people's personality assisting in a government facility. I need my money, i waited long enough . Each payment receive is a struggle to get.
