Failure to pay out UIF

I made a claim to UIF in September 2014 and was told the payment will be made after six weeks, but six weeks has long past and still I haven't got any payment. <br> <br> I was told by numerous staff that the delay was in their regional office of which is in Germiston. To this day I haven't had any payment made to me or assistance to find out what the problem is. I don't understand why I must make monthly payments for UIF if I do not benefit from the service.<br> <br> I go back to said UIF Department on a monthly basis with no luck. And to top it all off, the staff at said Department treats you like you are the **** of the earth and fail to give their assistance to you.
