Extremely poor service

I have never received such a bad service in my life. I have been to Department of Labour in Bela Bela so many times and even to date I still have not been assisted. Most of the dates that i'm given to return back there, there is only one person on duty and claims the person who can help me is not at work. If they do not give me a date to come back, they tell me that they will contact me AND THEY NEVER DO. Now they are telling me that my details do not appear on the system after 4 months of going in and out submitting documents.<br> <br> I have spent a lot of money now travelling there without being helped and I'm unemployed. A lot of people on the queue are complaining about the same problem.
