Extremely dissapointed

I have been to the Labour department since the 30th September 2014, and to date still have not received my maternity UIF, i have encountered a huge amount of debt in the 4 months, i have been to the Labour department +/- 15 times and to date i have still not received my payment, this is so disappointing to know, that we cannot trust that the money deducted from us every month by government, cannot be returned to us in our time of need, i had no source of income and have been through hell since giving birth, and till today every one that i seem to contact at the labour department seems uninterested to help with my query. i can truly say i am dissapointed to be a South African citizen.
