Extremely Disappointed with the Department of Labour

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from the Department of Labour regarding my UIF payment. I signed for payment on 19 August 2026, and despite waiting patiently, my payment has still not been received. The lack of communication and delays are unacceptable, especially when people depend on UIF to support themselves after losing their employment. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
