Extremely bad service from the Department of Labour

I have been submitting claim documents since September 2023 only to be told that my claim docs do not appear on the system. I have references and trails for the emails. At some point my claim was rejected and I was not given any reason for such, when I contacted Labour I was told that there were no attached documents and that was not true because I always do a follow-up call to check if documents were received.

Today (7/12/2023) I spoke to 4 different agents and the lady told me I was given the wrong email for submission submission of the claim docs, she then gave me ANOTHER wrong email according to one of her colleagues!

I then called the department again and the two people I spoke to did not seem to be of any help and did not give me anyway forward.

I then called again and the guy by the name of Tsiamo gave me a different email address from the previous ones provided.

This so frustrating and so inconveniencing for a person who has been following all instructions that were given by the department. It's truly frustrating I won't lie!
