Extremely bad service

I'm so disappointed as I have app**** for my uif since beginning of April 2021 and have not received any payment up to date. I am unemployed how am I to get through this kind of situation. Labour should be happy that we utilising the online system during this pandemic but no it's not regarded as important. I'm so irritated that I'll wake up everyday just to write a new review about how bad the service is because I need this attended immediately. We have families to look after.
