Exceptional service

I would like to say thank you to the lady who was assisting us today with our payments UIF claims as she was extremely clear and direct with regards to the procedure of the payment. Somebody give that lady a Bells with her short hair and not to mention the guy at the information desk he has always took his job seriously and meant to assist people.
