Excellent service from Department of Labour / maternity UIF claim

It's been 7 months since I had my 2nd child. I have since the birth been tirelessly trying to get my UIF claim approved. The agency I initially paid to help me with this did nothing, took my money and never heard from them again. THEN last week, this wonderful man, from the UIF dept call centre, took my call after I've been waiting for 45 min to get through. This was my 5th 45 min call in 7 months.... BUT just like that he made me his priority after listening to my story, identified what has been the hold up, got my claim not only approved on the same day, but also kept me up to date with every little step along the way. Department of Labour, you guys are blessed with a man like that working in your call centre! Thabang, you are my HERO - thank you once again for you excellent professional service!
