EXCELLENT SERVICE

I have recently queried my UIF claim payout as it seemed to be incorrect. I informed Teboho Maruping. She immediately allocated someone to contact me. I was assisted by Robina. She was polite, efficient and effective. She investigated and sorted out the problem. I was paid the shortfall due to me yesterday and I would like to commend her as well as Teboho for the excellent service I received.
