Excellent!

On Monday the 9th of December, I went to the Department of Labour in Orlando West.to sort out my UIF stuff as I am currently on maternity leave and the service was nothing short of wonderful. I dealt with Rachel Mpitso and she was kind and patient with everyone she was assisting. Some Department of labours, if your documents are incomplete or some info is missing, they send you back and you would have to come back the following day. Rachel didn't send us back. In fact she told me what I needed from our HR at work and said I can call my HR and have her email what was needed instead of having me go up and down. My HR lady took about an hour and a half before sending us what was needed and not one time did she complain and most importantly, she did not go on lunch and leave us unattended. She sat there and made sure that we were assisted. We all have experience with most government institutions and we know how they can get. This was the best service I have ever received. Thank you Rachel Mpitso
