Escalate your systems!

Can I give zero stars? I fee like zero stars are in order. UIF claim submitted via Ufiling in October 2020. No one at the call centre seems to be much help. All they ever say is “you claim has been escalated.” But escalated where to? Because to date not a single cent and status of application still reads ‘sent to assesor’ been unemployed for 6 months already and have bills to pay!
