Entiled UIF agent Nomfundo

First time mom experience regarding UIF claim. Since last year I've been calling the deprtment and speaking to multiple agents.. No explanation on how the process works. Today I received the most disrespectful agent ever. Her name is Nomfundo. Telling me about a process that obviously I am not aware of and instead of explaining she belittles me as if I should have smelt the process. This is not money you are giving for free!!!! It's money I have worked for and is claiming!! The utter disrespect from that woman is appalling. UIF train your staff correctly.
