EMPTY PROMISES OR LONG DELAY IN WORKMENS COMPENSATION CLAIM?

<p>Is anyone else having poblems with Department of Labour and Workmens Compensation Claims?</p> <p> </p> <p>My husband passed away suddenly in January 2016. All forms and necessary documents have been submitted to Dept of Labour offices in Cape Town. In fact I personally took them and had all them all checked and confirmed that all was correct. All my bank details were confirmed twice as well.</p> <p>A few weeks later I had an email saying that they would be paying me out within 7 working days. Fantastic I thought!</p> <p>Well after receiving three such emails and still no payout, I don't know where else to turn.</p> <p>The person I dealt with in Cape Town was wonderful, he did all he could.</p> <p>Does anyone have any suggestions? Please help!! Thank you.</p>
