Employees walking around , and only one working

Yesterday , I was at the UIF Office in Secunda. The lines are long, and there are six cubical open, but only one was filled, of which the person was trying her best to assist. The other employees, where just walking around, chatting, I even saw an employee napping from the view of enquiries in his office. You try to ask for assistance, they say they on lunch, but cmon - 12:30 - 15:00 - LUNCH...I wish I could work for Government.<br> <br> Some employees at this Office, really need guidance and support on customer service. At the end of the day, we are tax payers and deserve a quality service. <br> <br> And guess what, there was an elderly lady, I thing she was the Manager of the office, had just arrived from a meeting or so, and when she stepped in, she was looking at the persons and the employees, and shaking her head.
