Elsies River Labour Department, sies!!!Bad service

I have visited the department of labour on Tuesday 8 January 2019. What a disgrace!! What a bad experience. We got there long before lunch and guess what? In between our waiting, the system went off and on every few minutes. One lady is helping at the new claims desk and 1 guy is helping at the payment desk. I counted the people waiting for the new claims, it was over 25 and hardly not enough space to sit. A supervisor walking up and down, a desk open to the lady who is assisting. This one lady went on lunch and no one to assist as she is the only one helping there. There are such alot of people unemployed who is most willing to learn. Did the department ever advertise this open spot? I felt so sorry for the "white" lady, (i AM NOT ******), she was trying hard and her best to look happy and tried very hard to accommodate everyone. I felt so sorry for the mommies with the new born babies, sitting there for hours. Some of the mommies were in paid cos they had a baby. God forbid that i never have to sign unemployment as the Elsies River branch of the labour department is bad news. We spent almost 3 hours there, unacceptable, how bad is that. After 3 the supervisor came around to look at everyones papers to check if all is in order. Telling the people the department closes at 4 and they might not be able to help everyone. Why not getting another person to come and work there? I am even prepared to learn and take the job as i am efficient and hard working. Thumbs down for labour department. Sies Elsies River branch!!
