****ed Off at the Department of Labour - UIF Claims

They are useless!!! They give me a different story every time I call them. The one day they have an update for me but then my call ends, when I call back then another advisor has no update. They tell me to call every 2 weeks. Then they tell me it will take up to 35 days, then all of a sudden 6 months. My claim got rejected, but I had to contact THEM after 3 months to ask them why, because I was waiting for a reason why my claim was rejected!! Then I apply for a notice of appeal, then they tell me after 4 months that my claim got rejected because I did not state that I was a work seeker! WHICH OBVIOUSLY I DID!!! I DOUBLE CHECKED MY APPLICATION BEFORE I SENT IT OFF TO THEM!!! I apply for a second notice of appeal, then they tell me all my documents are in order. I call back again and they tell me that my application is in the admin office and I should call back in 2 weeks, which I did. I call back and then no update yet. Now today they tell me that my claim was rejected because my UI-19 form was not captured in the correct format!! BULL****!!!! They told me in September that all my documents were in order!!!!!!!!! I don't know what to do anymore!!! I app**** for UIF on 19 May 2021!!!!
