****ed off. 2 months and no payout as yet.

I app**** for uif maternity benefit on the 15th of September 2021. 2 months later and still no payout. All documents have been sent by the 18th of October 2021. Numerous emails and phone calls has been sent yet still no help. I am frustrated with you guys. I have a new born and no income. I need help urgently.
